Enjoying Wine

For your dining pleasure...
we have a new wine list--it's starting out small and limited, and will expand one step at a time.

We are now offering flights of wine. A flight of wine is a 2 ounce pour of 3 different wines of the same varietal (grape). Now you can taste a wine that you have never had and compare to others without having to purchase
three full glasses.

We feel it's a great opportunity to experience a wider selection of wines and develop new tastes. Also pairing these flights with an appetizer, sushi or dinner entree will enhance your dining experience.

We also hope you enjoy our wine glassware, it is
medium bowl thin rimmed stemware.

Why such a large glass (13 ounces), and why is the wine poured
to the midway line?

A large glass gives you the ability to swirl the wine to enjoy the aroma, and a line at the widest part guides you on pouring a proper 6.5 ounce pour.

If poured to the top, our glasses would hold 13 ounces. A bottle of wine is 25.4 ounces (not even two full glasses per bottle). With four diners everyone can enjoy a properly poured glass at approximately 6.5 ounces.

Eat, Drink, and Enjoy!

“ There are no standards of taste in wine, cigars, poetry, prose, etc.
Each man's own taste is the standard, and a majority vote
cannot decide for him or in any slightest degree
affect the supremacy of his own standard.”
-Mark Twain, 18
